Still Lines
What if.
Two words that send your mind down a well-worn path of anxiety, pain, shame, anger and sadness. Words and images that pop into your head at any moment and no matter how hard you try to push it away you find yourself stuck; thinking, feeling and doing the same thing over and over.
“What if” is hard to live with. But the truth is, when your mind is stuck in the “what if’s” your brain is telling you there is something you need to figure out, something you need to rebalance. This uncomfortableness you feel is your minds way of saying to you, of pushing you to do something, to change something.
Therapy is hard work, but if you’re up to the challenge your life will be different, you will feel different. You will be able to trust in your own instincts again to navigate life in the way you want to.
